Imun Coaching Network has been a grass-roots effort since 2022 by a small group of ICF credentialed coaches and have grown our list to nearly 100. We include MCC, PCC, ACC credentialed coaches as well as those working toward certification. While we recognize the many paths to coaching and consulting, Imun Coaching Network has a commitment to ICF credentials.
An ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach has fulfilled rigorous education and experience requirements and demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in coaching. To be eligible for an ICF credential, a coach must complete coach-specific training, achieve a designated number of coaching hours, partner with a Mentor Coach, and demonstrate the appropriate understanding and mastery of ICF’s definition of coaching, Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.

Our coaches currently join from across North America, Israel and Great Britain. 80% of our coaches are in practice full-time and most have previously worked in the Jewish community at Jewish Federations, JCCs, Hillels, Congregations, Camps, Day Schools, and national and local Jewish organizations. Many of our coaches have also served on boards and other leadership positions. 20% of our coaches currently work full-time within Jewish organizations and incorporate coaching in service to their colleagues and board members.
